The Bournemouth Seconds side took a huge step towards Division Two promotion after pushing 19 points clear with a 38-24 home win over fourth placed Worthing Raiders A.
But with the division above containing the likes of Championship powerhouses Richmond and Jersey, Croker said the club will take their time making a decision.
The Director Of Rugby said: “I am immensely proud of what the Seconds team have been able to achieve this season.
“The work that the whole coaching team have put in to try and develop a ‘one-squad ethos’ has meant that they have played some incredible rugby in what really is a very difficult league.
“We wanted to play good rugby for the second team because last season we were disappointed with the number of games they played and the quality of the opposition that they were facing.”
As well as Championship duo Richmond and Jersey, the division also includes seven National One sides - the third tier of English rugby.
The rest of table is made up of National Two South pair Resingensians and Barnes plus London And South East Premier outfit Wimbledon, and Croker says it is a big decision.
He added: “We have now got a difficult decision to make about whether we take the step up and go again this time in Zoo One.
“We would be the only Level Four club in there in that level with most of the teams in there from The Championship in Level Two so it is a big decision to make but for now we just want to enjoy the moment and enjoy the league success.”
