Bournemouth Director Of Rugby Will Croker believes his front row could be a big weapon for him this season in South West Premier.
The Lions fought back from 14-10 at half-time against Westcombe Park on Saturday at Chapel Gate to win their first pre-season game of the new season.
It was a comeback built on the basic principles of a solid scrum and strong lineout, and Croker said it could be a potential area for success.
Croker said: "We tried a lot of different things today - with a lot of players in different positions - so it was important to try different combinations.
"But when you have got a front row the size of Luca Firetto, Mike Davies and Joe Tarrant - which is probably over 60 stone.

"I think it is officially almost the world's heaviest front row so they did really well and got us back in the ascendancy a little bit.
"It then meant that every time the other team knocked the ball on, they then felt under pressure in the scrum and that naturally plays on people's minds when they start to think 'if we get another scrummage, then are we going to keep the ball?'"
But Croker said it is not necessarily all about the bigger boys up front, with the good strength in depth in his squad allowing him to have different options for different scenarios.
When the hard summer tracks soon turn into boggy mud baths around the October/November period, Croker says he is confident with the personnel he has at his disposal.

He added: "Our front row is absolutely going to be a huge weapon for us this season - certainly on these hard Spring/Autumn tracks - it does not necessarily suit us to have such a heavy front row.
"But in the likes of Tom Napier and in Andy Spikings we have got some really good ball players who are really mobile.
"When it gets down to the real muck and bullets of the likes of Camborne away on a really boggy pitch, then those big boys are really going to play their part - they are going to be just as important as the backs who are throwing 50-metre missed passes."
