Bournemouth prop Joe Tarrant and playmaker Mike Pope are potential doubts for the South West Premier visit of Will Greenwood’s Maidenhead on Saturday.
The second placed side who are coached by the 2003 World Cup winner are the only team to have conquered the Chapel Gate side this season.
The 28-16 winners over Will Croker’s men from December 1 are 23 points behind The Lions in second spot and the Director Of Rugby said he wants to ‘right a few wrongs.’
He said: “This week we go again this time against Maidenhead and we are looking to right a few wrongs against them.
“They are the only side to beat us this season and it is going to be an absolutely belting match because they are still chasing the promotion play-off spot too.
“We are looking forward to hopefully getting a big crowd there to really try and cheer us on to what will hopefully be a little bit of retribution.”
Two first-half tries from playmaker Mike Pope sent Bournemouth on their way to their 22nd win in their opening 23 fixtures last week at Ivybridge.
The Devon team’s 4G pitch is the same surface Maidenhead play on, and Croker described his side’s performance as “professional” in dispatching of them 30-24 to seal the season double.
Croker added: “Mike Pope in the first half was absolutely sensational after we initially suffered an early setback in the first half, but there was absolutely no panic from the boys.
“We went about our jobs and probably should have scored a little bit more in the first half in terms of the possession but it was a really really tough game.
“The Ivybridge 4G pitch is a brand new pitch and it is really tough on the bodies and there were some injuries picked up such as Joe Tarrant we think might have popped an ACL and Mike Pope had got back spasms so it is a difficult surface to play on.
“But we really acquitted ourselves well against a team who were still chasing very hard for the promotion play-off spot and they were really there to try and take our scalp but the boys weathered the storm and it was a really really professional performance.”
