Allied Surveyors

Allied Surveyors & Valuers was formed in 1991 by thirteen independent surveyors. The motivation was the emergence of corporately owned surveying firms taking valuation and survey work from local practices following the property crash of 1989/1990

With 50 offices Allied Surveyors & Valuers cover England, Wales and Scotland and provide survey and valuation services to mortgage lenders, asset managers, part exchange and re-location companies, solicitors, accountants and private clients. There is an office in Bristol for central administration and accounting and quality assurance is controlled through programs of internal auditing, training and professional development.
