We have welcomed The Stable restaurant, which specialises in pizzas, pies and cider made with locally sourced ingredients, as a new partner for Bournemouth Rugby. 
 
Far from your average venue, The Stable has transformed the former Tourist Information centre in the heart of Bournemouth and stamped it with its signature style. As one of growing restaurant chain’s largest venues, the huge windows and cloud-like framework of the building add to the character of the building, while large oak tables, bench seating, chunky candles and hand-painted wall art make it a relaxed place for post-beach hangouts and weekend celebrations.  It is the perfect place to gather with friends – with plenty of space for large bookings. Of course the food is great too!  The Stable has its usual tasty offering  of over 80 varieties of cider and sourdough base pizza with homemade tomato sauce and delicious locally sourced toppings.  For example,  ‘The Blazing Saddle’ has slow roasted pulled beef, smoked bacon, caramelised onion, grilled red pepper and mozzarella topped with sour cream and jalapeño chillies.
