Bournemouth based Insurance Brokers, Finch Group, kick off the New Year at Chapel Gate by sponsoring today’s match. They’re not just any old insurance brokers though; more of a people business that happens to sell insurance. Welcome to Chapel Gate, can you tell us what’s special about Bournemouth Rugby that made you want to get involved? 

“Being a Bournemouth based Insurance Broker, it’s important to us to be active within our local community. When Adam Clifford (Account Executive at Bournemouth) became involved with the Rugby Club through his young sons, we realised that we share many common values. We are a family run company, and our values sit well together.”

Why did you decide to sponsor Bournemouth Rugby?

“Here at Finch Group, we have several employees who are very keen sports fans! Getting our employees, suppliers and insurers together for a day at the Rugby is something we have always enjoyed doing. When the opportunity came about to get involved with Bournemouth RFC, we jumped at the chance! We are looking forward to watching the match today!”

“Our Business is a family run Insurance Broker. Our Bournemouth Office is one of 6 branches across the south of England. We pride ourselves on our excellent service and aftercare. We look after our clients with a dedicated Account Executive who will ensure you have the best insurance over at the best price. But that’s not where our involvement ends - we have a dedicated in-house claims team to help manage any claims that arise, so you are really getting a great package with us.”

Well that’s handy then! Can you tell us a bit more about what you’re hoping for from your relationship with Bournemouth Rugby and how you hope to support the club?

“As a local Insurance Broker, we want to raise awareness of who we are, where we are and what we do. We arrange Insurance for many Bournemouth based businesses and individuals, and we would like to expand our client base. We are part of a large group and we have access to a wide range of insurers, we help sole traders right through to large corporations.

It is an exciting time to get involved with the rugby club – you are definitely on the up!! We are looking forward to meeting lots of new local faces and getting to know those involved in the club already! We’d love the opportunity to become the Bournemouth Rugby’s preferred insurance partner – watch this space!”
